The location is ideal. The staff were very helpful and friendly the room was very comfortable and clean. Good choice for breakfast and cooked to perfection. Could not fault anything

The staff were amazing and were so kind and welcoming. The hotel was ok but lacking in certain areas. It was cold everywhere oand our room was cold. We were told that the bathroom towel radiator was not on because it was considered a health and safety problem. There was no way to dry off towels and the bathroom was freezing. I had to wear a jumper and fleece for our entire stay. Sorry but I would not rush back to this hotel.

Booked a Deluxe Double. The bed was bigger than a double. The room had plenty of space and storage. The room was cleaned daily as well as towels changed daily. Plenty of choice on tea/coffee tray.
Breakfast buffet choice was excellent and was consistently topped up.
Had a couple of drinks in the bar but no evening meals so can't comment on the restaurant.

Good choice of breakfast items,good quality and good coffee.
Room was cold,a bit basic,towel rail not working in bathroom.Informed manager,were provided with additonal heating.Told towel rail could be switched on from reception,still did not work.This was not correct,another member of staff told us they had not been switched on since covid.Requested new room which was granted.

Location
The room was very very cold, staff never listened to our concerns, phone in the room broke, only 1 hanger in the wardrobe, windows mouldy, no toilet roll in the room, very very noisy from outside 24 hours a day, was not worth the money we paid
