The location is perfect, the general vibe and atmosphere is great and staff are friendly.
The room we had was pretty small and the pillows were very uncomfortable and the windows are thin so noise travels in loudly.

Location close enough to centre
The room TV was not working so after planning a nice evening lounging in the room we had to change our plans and waste time away from the hotel.
The tea and coffee was not enough not even a complementary water or biscuits.

I have been the queens a few times and I have never had a problem
We were out in a room in the ground floor which had no blind in the bathroom window, so if I was to take a shower people walking past could see. We spoke to the reception who were more than happy to give us another room. They were so friendly and so helpful

The location and style
We had 3 rooms booked 1 of the rooms had bottled water the others didn't and same with dressing gowns . However they are only minor problems but these sort of things lack attention to detail from housekeeping . But this will not stop me returning .
Breakfast was amazing . Beds very comfortable. Staff very polite and friendly .

We we in the Louis XIV room. It was wonderful! Spacious room, wide comfortable bed, quiet room, view to the garden. Lovely!

The location was excellent, right by the station and easy to get into the centre. The room was very spacious and the hotel bar was large and accomodating .
Room on the ground floor right next to the street was very loud. The room smelt quite dusty and the bathroom was dated
