Wonderful
The staff were friendly and the hotel was excellent value for money, exceeding my expectations. It was very clean, the shower was excellent and so was the WiFi. Bed was comfortable. Excellent location for transport hubs and 15 minutes walk into the city.
The heating system easier to understand.

Only arrived at 8 in the evening but place was spotless and clean. Food looked nice as did the restaurants.
Bed too soft (but most places are) and having to pay for parking again sadly.

Zaynab, Prince and I are regulars at the hotel. It is our favourite hotel. The room was beautiful and the staff are fantastic. A special thank you to Eliza who went to great lengths to make sure everything was perfect and also to Ken and Caitlin.

The location opposite the train station, the staff (especially the lovely girl at check in and staff at breakfast), the room, the breakfast the decor and general atmosphere was 10/10! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We'll definitely be back.

Staff were very polite and helpful fabulous all round 5star.
The grounds and hotel looked amazing and the food was fantastic.
I would love to thank the staff for the Valentine's padlock ❤️ was a nice addition to our special occasion.
Unfortunately the bed was very concaved and very uncomfortable I barely slept it was a major let down to an amazing night.
I also thought the hotel bar was very costly
