Room was cosy, comfortable bed and overlooking the station forecourt. Nice garden for a stroll round. Close enough to the town centre - 10 mins walk. Didn't eat in the hotel restaurant in the evening but good breakfast options.
Bathroom door didn't shut properly, binding on floor covering. A bit noisy with revellers (returning from Liverpool?) late night/early hours. Were offered upgrade on arrival - maybe regret not taking it!

Good location, had to request a change of room on arrival, the one we were given had the tiniest double bed for 2, and the room was tiny too. However the receptionist (lady) was just superb and went out of her way to help, showed me a couple of rooms and we were able to relocate to a larger room, for a small additional charge.
Had dinner in the bar the night we stayed, it was really only ok, nothing exciting !

We asked in advance for connected rooms which had availability and they didn’t hold it for us. Family of 4. Our rooms were then by a major door for access that went loud all night. Terrible to sleep.

Beautiful Victorian splendour. Statues and historic information everywhere.
Quite a walk to The historic parts of Chester. Coffee machine but hotel had Tim out of coffee pods.

Great location, close to city. Rooms were stunning. Hotel is amazing. Security guard had a great sense of humour - fantastic bloke! Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent location right across from the railway station.
The hotel was lovely, quite quirky! We had a twin room and it was such a reasonable price. The room was large, clean, comfortable and just perfect. The staff were absolutely lovely too. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Queen Hotel in Chester was very pleasing. The staff were very helpful and the amenities and facities were excellent. We will certainly stay here again.

Noisy door closures, the hospitality tray in the room was very basic. No decaf tea. Deluxe room ? Don’t know what was deluxe about it. Water was not very hot.

Great Junior Suite.
Staff really helpful and accommodated a last minute change on a very busy night.

Very spacious room, well stocked fridge, perfect temperature and easy to change the temperature. The bathroom was lovely
There was a sticker on the side of the bath from something that was clearly put there by previous occupants and so made me question the cleanliness. As the receptionist tried to make me pay when I had already paid. Luckily I had the app to hand to prove I had already paid
