Breakfast was great as usual so much to chose and lovely staff. love being close to town and easy check in and out from hotel . Enjoyed drinks in bar
We were at the front of the hotel where there was an event on with loud music and Dj and we had our 6 year old with us could of done with being further away from chaos as we were a family booking. Never had a dirty room here but we had spillages and things next to our bed on the wall this time

The shower was excellent clean plenty of hot water and very good pressure. Had nice Gluten Free breakfast including toast. very convenient for the station.
Check in is quite late but probably due to late check out time.

This is a beautiful hotel with large rooms. The location is very convenient, right next to the station. The staff are so lovely and helpful, they are the best part of this hotel.
The hotel plays very loud "doef doef" music every night in some party space. It is so loud you can hear it through double-glazed windows. To their credit it ends at 9.30 each night, but this is an issue for anyone with a kid who needs to go to bed earlier, or for anyone who has to wake up early in the morning. Though I've stayed in here once before on the other side of the building and the noise was inaudible on that side.
The soundproofing in the corridors is also bad, doors slamming disturbed our rest in the night.
The hotel did not provide an extra bed as requested and did not make up the sofa bed on our arrival. They only provided one towel for three people.
The breakfast is average, the cooked food is OK but baked goods are stale and bland. The coffee is bad. It is not worth the asking price.
