This magnificent brick and stucco Italianate building was said to be the first skyscraper of its time. The room was nice and well equipped
Tried to charge us £50 for our small dog for the nights stay. This should be stated when they send correspondence via Booking.com. which I felt was excessive. Especially as children under 12 stay for free! We have only ever been charged £20 to £25, at any hotel we have ever stayed at.
